Five years ago I had breast cancer. I’m so careful now of what I put on my body and in my skin. I gave up synthetic yoga clothes and wear natural fibers- it has made such a difference in my skin.
Our nervous system changes so much as we age and it is so important to keep it regulated and healthy.
I really love Sokoi. It is a very small business and her yoga clothes are so pretty. I also love Purakai for more traditional-type yoga pants. For casual clothes I love Ozma and i just ordered some LA Relaxed to try. And Christy Dawn pajamas <3
This is so true. Finding out I had LADA (Adult Onset Type 1 Diabetes) at 48 was the hardest. Learning I have to take insulin multiple times a day is the hardest. Learned that my walk to/from work does wonders. Learning that sleep helps so much. And yoga...thank you for this space. <3
Thank you so much for reading. I'm on the board of the Autoimmune Association and need to share more about Autoimmune Diseases and my experiences as a patient. Again, thank you taking the time to comment. xx
