Indie! You have your own label maker? Amaaaaazing. I've been wanting to get on the sourdough game but I have celiac disease but, I heard that perhaps sourdough might be tolerable? I need to look more into it. I want to join the club.
Oh my gosh, it was the best little investment. It's like $69 on amazon https://link.amazon/B05oWduOl, I use it all the time. I bought mine directly from Niimbot, but I know everyone loves Amazon. There are actually gluten free Sourdough recipes. I can see if I can dig one up for you...warning, once you are hooked, you are hooked. I made banana bread form the discard yesterday using gluten free flour. My starter isn't gluten free though.
AHHHHH! I did not know there were gluten free sourdough recipes? I’m just so used to seeing bread and disregarding it. As I’m drinking my coffee right now - I wish I had that banana bread! ♥️
